Night Boarding Supervisors – Term Time Only
The role of our Boarding House Supervisors is an outstanding opportunity for a warm, energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the current team in providing a home away from home for 165 girls aged 11-18 years.
Iona College is a boarding and day school for girls Year 7-13 with a strong Presbyterian heritage and a culture of academic success and outstanding achievement in sports and performing arts. Located in Havelock North, on 27 acres of beautiful park-like grounds the College balances time-honoured traditions with a dynamic and innovative 21st-century learning environment for 300 students.
Our dedicated and caring Boarding House Supervisors provide a secure and friendly environment for the boarders. They are committed to ensuring a happy, safe and structured way of life for girls living away from their homes and parents. Boarding House Supervisors assist with the smooth running of the Boarding House including the overall care and well-being of the girls. The successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and the ability to relate to adolescent girls and their families. In addition to having, proficient administrative, organisational, time management and IT skills.

Chefs and Cooks – Term Time only

Our kitchen team are looking for Chefs or eager Cooks to join them in delivering excellent food and service to our students and staff. You will need to be reliable, with the ability to work unsupervised as well as being a supportive member of our well-established, friendly team.

CRM and Fundraising Coordinator
This part-time role will not only play an important part in updating our CRM software and data integrity but will also provide many opportunities to get involved in a wide range of fundraising, marketing and communications projects.
Are you an enthusiastic and a effective communicator. Are you able to work individually and collaboratively, show initiative and build positive relationships. We would like to hear from you. As you will be supporting others in multiple areas of advancement you will require exceptional organisational and problem solving skills. In addition to attention to detail and a high degree of competency with information technology.
Atleast 3 years relevant experience and or a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR is preferred.
